Our cancellation policy differs according to the products and product shipping type as follows: 

  1. For Same day Delivery / Express Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

You are requested to intimate 24 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. For Midnight Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

You are requested to intimate 24 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. For Fix time Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

You are requested to intimate 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. For Remote Area Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

You are requested to intimate 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. For Courier Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

       You are requested to intimate 5 working days prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. For International Delivery Order Cancellation & Return Policy:

      You are requested to intimate 2 working days prior to the delivery date of the order. 

  1. How do I cancel an order?

      You need to write an email against your order number to support@cozyposyonline.com against your order no with Subject: Request for Order          Cancellation (order no:…….) . 

  1. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

     It takes up to 24 hours time to process your order cancellation request. 

  1. What is the mode of refund policy of my payment?

    We will refund the amount by cheque or by net transfer.

PLEASE NOTE:

 We make our best efforts to give the best quality and timely services to our Customer; Customer satisfaction is our main motto. For Courier Gifts we make our best efforts to ship / dispatch each item in your order with 4-5 working days of the order. However in some cases in seasonal time due to hues rush of orders, we may take longer up to a week’s time to dispatch the order. In case we unable to ship your order in time or even after one week time then we definitely intimate you by phone and email. In such case, your payment against your unshipped part of the order shall be refunded completely by check or by net banking into your account.

For Express products like flowers, cake, chocolate etc, the cancellations or refund policy depends upon the nature of complain like, quality issue or any justified reason.  In this case, first we investigate with our business affiliates and the recipient and then decide about the cancellations and refund.
